The Executive Diagnostic Session is a 90-minute working conversation to challenge the assumptions, identify what deserves attention and clarify whether you have enough evidence to act.

A single working session around a specific decision, concern or scaling situation. The SSMF and the broader CompoundWorks capability set provide diagnostic lenses, but the Session does not attempt to reproduce a full assessment from outside the company.
The objective is to sharpen the problem, test the assumptions behind it and determine what evidence or action the decision actually requires. It is deliberately bounded: enough structure to improve the decision, without creating a diagnostic exercise where one is not needed.
Frame the situation
Send a short description of the decision, concern or scaling situation and, where useful, existing material that helps establish context. The Scaling Readiness Check is optional and can be included if the underlying constraint is still unclear.
Work the decision
A structured working conversation challenges the assumptions, dependencies and evidence behind the situation. The discussion follows the problem rather than a fixed questionnaire.
